Grounding As A Spiritual Practise
To take our shoes and feel our bare feet on our earth is an exquisite and deeply grounding experience, one that we all could all do more often.
I am reminded of Michael A Singer in his book The Unteethed Soul that we are “sitting on a planet that is spinning”no wonder we feel a little unsettled at times.
Hence the importance of Grounding - creating a daily grounding practise, and ideally at the start of our day sets very clear messages to the universe through our intentions that we are connected and living purposefully.
There is no “right” way to do this so find what what works for you and is sustainable, it may require setting your alarm slightly earlier so that you can include this self nurturing and empowering practise.
Here are some suggestions:
💗on waking, hydrate with either lemon water or plain water
💚take out you journal and write down any messages received during the night through your dreams or those 3am inspirations.
Then ask yourself - how am I feeling - what is challenging me - what am i proud of - what am i grateful for - spend sometime feeling these gratitude’s - and finish with how may i serve today.
💗time for meditation - I am enjoying listening to 432 hz at present to support my abundance vibration - at least 10 minutes but longer if you can manage. Be sure to write down any guidance received.
💚 on rising go outside, with bear feet and connect to our great mother, our earth and pray for all that you desire.
We so often spend to much time allowing our minds to drive our lives and worrying about what we don’t want, setting our day up focusing on our heart led life is a magical and beautiful way of living.
Committing to this practise sets you up to feel less chaotic and more able to manage what comes our way.
You may experience more calm and peace and clarity as you honour yourself and importance of your life in this way.
May you find the peace and self love that we all deserve.
Abundant blessings, Kym 🙏🏻💗💚
