Heart and Soul Spiritual Coaching Program Outline
We will meet weekly on Zoom for 6 weeks.
We will connect in together through me guiding the meditation.
My Coaching program is not one size fits all, we go at your pace and the basic structure below may vary depending on your individual needs.
Week 1 : Getting to Know You - I want to get to know you, your story, your challenges, your wounds and learn deeply about your desires. Being, seen, heard and respected is something I value greatly. This session is about me listening to you.
Week 2 : Daily Practises - It is important when living connected and honouring our truth we must prioritise our own spiritual practise.
We will cover, Journaling, meditation, environment, movement and more.
Together we will create a practise that is workable, enjoyable and sustainable for you.
Week 3 : Intuition - what is it, how to know it, how to strengthen it and how to trust it. We are all way more able to connect to the divine than we give ourselves credit for. This is a beautiful tool that you can learn to rely on. I have been living being guided by my intuition for many many years and it truly is a magical way to live.
Week 4 : Oracle Cards and other tools - Oracle cards are a beautiful tool to support our intuition and our connected way of living. If you don’t have a deck or 2 I will suggest that you either look online or go to your local Spiritual store and allow your intuition to select a deck. I will share with you how to build a relationship with your deck.
Week 5 : Your Unique Gifts - allowing your beautiful uniqueness to show itself, to shine and how to express that more fully. I want you to feel more confident in who you are and how you show up in the world.
Week 6 : Wrap Up and Forward Steps - we will take a step back and look at how far you have come - we will talk about where to from here.
There is an option to continue for a further 6 weeks if desired. We can discuss at the time.
Some women like to continue on straight away, others like to take a break and come back in a month or 2.
My program whilst it has a common framework it is absolutely individualised to you, your nervous system and your needs.

Heart & Soul Spiritual Coaching is for women looking to understand and deepen their connection to their divine purpose and, living from their heart and soul, honouring their souls journey.
We are all unique and beautiful soul’s connected to a greater source and a big part of our purpose is to live deeply, authentically us yet, as women we have been minimised by society, the masculine and even ourselves.
Part of my purpose is to help women live unapologetically as themselves.
When we are connected to our truth and our purpose we stress less and trust more. We live in a state of flow and abundance, we feel freer.
I have been coaching women for over 25 years to live their lives connected to their unique journey and honouring and sharing their unique gifts.
Most of us do better when we feel seen, heard and supported.
My role, as your coach is to listen to where you are now, honour where you would like to be and create a pathway together to achieve that.
I will shine light on areas that may be keeping you where you are and cheer you on when you doubt yourself. I will remind you of what you truly are capable of. I believe in you.
My way of working is gentle, kind, practical and clear.
By choosing this 6 week program, we will meet weekly to keep you focused and support you with your challenges. We will do this in sacred circle space. When you feel safe, you thrive. Our world needs you and your uniqueness to heal and expand.

I offer this as an in person program which includes Reiki/Seichim component to seal in our session work including Crystal singing Bowl.
The in person program will follow the Online program guidelines however each program is tailored to the individual and may vary from week to week.

Reiki/ Seichim Session
The word Reiki is Japanese and translated means Universal Life Energy. The definition for Rei - is universal, transcendental spirit, mysterious power, essence, unconditional love. The definition of Ki - is described as the vital life force energy. Therefore we have Reiki - Universal Life Energy.
During a session done by distance or in person Kym will open up to the universal channel to support your healing, your abundance and flow in life.
She will be guided to what your body and energies require.
Kym my be guided to access The Akashic Records, consult the oracle cards, receive messages from loved ones as part of your session.
Reiki is a beautiful, gentle and yet powerful offering.
Seichim – an ancient Egyptian energy system that works deeply on the emotional and spiritual levels, awakening higher consciousness and self-empowerment.

Heart & Soul Sacred Women’s Circle
Women have been gathering in circles for centuries, too share, to heal, to support and provide.
There is magic created when women come together and sit in scared circle. Each women in her authenticness mirrors what will bring light and or healing to another women.
To say this is my most favourite place to sit is an understatement.
I have been facilitating and co facilitation women’s circles since 2008. I have been blessed to hear many stories of grief, joy, sadness and triumph and it has and continues to be a honour for me to hold space for the stories of many women as well as my own.

Living Your Meaningful Mission
We are here for a reason - we each have a mission - a mission to make a difference by who we are being.
Our individual missions are part of a greater mission and your mission matters.
The question is, are you living your meaning mission to the best of your ability?
I know I have been a yes and a no at different times throughout my life.
Right now I am deeply connected to that mission and I have been guided to offer you the opportunity to be connecting and living yours in a new and more expanded way.
We will come together once a week on zoom for 6 weeks.
We will connect - share - learn - share - integrate and move forward with our fresh insights and knowings.
At the completion of this program you will be clearer about your meaningful mission, you will have a plan and a new level of confidence to carry out your mission.
