Heart & Soul Sacred Women's Circle
In person, monthly around the full moon.

Women have gathered in circles for centuries, to share, to heal, and to hold one another. There is something magical that happens when women come together in sacred space. Each woman, simply by being herself, reflects back something that brings light or healing to another.
We connect with the natural cycles, we meditate, we share, and we listen deeply, to ourselves and to each other.
This is my most favourite place to sit. I have been holding circle space for women for over twenty years, and it remains an honour to witness the stories women bring, of grief, joy, sadness and triumph, alongside my own.
